How to install Insects-Stop to eliminate cockroaches, ants and insects from your home in 6 steps
The Insects-Stop is specifically designed to eliminate cockroaches and other ground-dwelling insects in less than a week, preventing them from moving across floors and walls within just a few days. The installation process is as follows:
- Drill two holes in the wall using a 5mm bit, spaced 10 cm apart.
- Insert the wall plugs and fix the hook screws pointing upwards, leaving a 3mm gap from the wall.
- Hang the Insects-Stop by its rear slots onto the hook screws, just like a picture frame.
- Plug the power adapter into a nearby socket.
- Connect the jack (output connector) to the Insects-Stop on its right-hand side.
- You will then see the green LED light up gently, indicating the unit is already working to eliminate cockroaches and insects from walls and floors, and the red LED, indicating power is reaching the device.

Complementary tips for eliminating cockroaches, ants and insects from your home
As a complement to the Insects-Stop, it is important to take precautions to prevent insects from entering your premises or flat, such as:
- Eliminate damp on walls and/or floors, whether caused by rising damp, condensation-moisture or water leakage.
- Seal cracks in both floors and walls to prevent insects from entering from below ground or outside.
- It is advisable to inspect received packages to ensure no insects are brought inside, although the
Insects-Stop will eliminate them within a few days. This is particularly important for restaurants and bars that receive containers and food items from outside.
- Place plugs in all drains and seal manhole covers to prevent insect entry.
- Check the seals on shower screens and on window and door frames facing the outside.
- The Insects-Stop is less effective against insects dwelling inside wood, as the wood dampens the
effect of the emitted waves. In such cases, the insects should initially be eliminated using traditional chemical methods, after which the Insects-Stop unit will prevent new insects from entering the wood.
